If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, i am here to help! i offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please note that you have to pay the shipping costs, since this is still a very small business. you can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. You can do that through your paypal or stripe account (depending on which method you used to pay). Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
